Annual Executive Physicals
A comprehensive, unhurried physical designed to catch what a standard fifteen-minute checkup misses. Rather than rushing through a checklist, Dr. Adams uses the time membership allows to build a full picture of your current health, review your history in depth, and put together a proactive plan for what's next — the kind of thorough annual exam that's difficult to get in a traditional insurance-based practice.
Preventive Medicine
We focus on identifying risk early and building healthy habits before problems arise. That means regular screenings appropriate to your age and history, wellness planning that looks ahead rather than reacting to symptoms, and personalized recommendations you can actually follow — because there's time in every visit to talk through the "why," not just the "what."
Sick Visits
When you're unwell, you shouldn't have to wait. Members get same-day or next-day sick visits with the physician who already knows their history — no urgent care waiting room, no explaining your background to someone new.
Telemedicine
Care that comes to you, wherever you are. Telemedicine visits are available for the questions and concerns that don't require an in-person appointment, giving members a fast, direct way to reach Dr. Adams without taking time off or driving to the office.
House Calls (when applicable)
For the patients who need it most, Dr. Adams offers house calls, bringing concierge care directly into your home when getting to the office isn't practical or possible.
