Visits

  • No Membership Required

  • Telehealth $175

  • House Call Urgent Care/Sick Visit (includes direct access to provider via phone or text after visit so we can check-in on progress) $260

  • House Call Well Visit $185

  • House Call Sports/School Physical $185

  • House Call Additional Sibling (siblings seen during the same visit) $125

  • House Call Follow Up (within 30 days of initial visit concerning same issue) $150

  • Newborn Visit (newborn is initial visit 2-5 days after birth, 2 weeks of age, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months) $260

  • No travel fees if within our service area

Testing

  • Rapid Flu Swab $25

  • Rapid Covid and Influenza A/B Combined $40

  • Rapid RSV $25

  • Rapid Strep Swab $25

  • One Time Medication Dose Decadron or Zofran $25

  • Cancellation Fee (charge incurred if canceling within 24 hours of your visit) $25

Newborn Care

  • Our Newborn Care Package is tailored to provide the unique care and support that you and your little one need during those crucial early months. Ensure a confident and worry-free start for you and your newest addition! $675

  • Receive:

  • initial pre-birth consult call

  • a pre-delivery check-in call

  • 3 in-home visits

  • unlimited telehealth access to our provider for baby's first two months.
